We had a great experience with Gates Enterprises from start to finish! This was our first time replacing a roof, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Brandon Bailey , our Project Manager, was fantastic — he explained everything clearly and guided us every step of the way.
They even made sure someone was present when the insurance adjuster came out, so we never felt like we were going through it alone. The communication and customer service was outstanding .
The roofing and gutter crews did an amazing job and cleaned up thoroughly. Even warning the possibility of a few stray nails. Everyone was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property.

Gates replaced my roof, removed and replaced the gutters, and painted the fascia boards. All work was expertly done. My roof is a complex shape and did not qualify as an insurance claim, so I had many questions about the materials and construction details. Andrew addressed ALL of my questions and let me review materials before work began. The materials and workmanship were first rate. The installation of the step flashing without disturbing the stucco walls required extra care and was done perfectly. Gates stood out compared to six other contractors during the quote process, and I believe he delivered the highest value service available in my area. I strongly recommend Gates.

This is our 2nd roof done with Gates. As with last, each step of the way professionalism was top notch. The team that came to my house was respectful, neat, organized and finished in a timely fashion (not even 2 days!). Attention to detail is easy to see in the finished project! Ryan and the whole team helped us every step of the way- choosing the products and then excited the re-roof in a single day! Very clean, All done to perfection, no issues with inspection and we couldn’t be more happy. We have referred gates to several other close friends if that’s any indication. Oh, and we are a building company owner - so we know good service and construction, when we see it!

Very please from start to finish! I like the fact that the work of the crew was overseen. Did a much better job than the builder 7 years ago. They did a great job of clean-up too. I maybe found 6 nails around the house. On the roof at 7 and done at 1 with no shiners! Good to have hired a company that still has pride in their work.

Prior to re-roofing of our residence and garage, Linda and I met with Matt, our manager, to go through details of the project. Re-roofing was completed on October 9, 2025. The roofers arrived at 6:40 am and completed the project by 7:00 pm. They were very professional-organized and quite skilled. Upon completion of the new roof, all worked, including Matt, for a super clean-up. A second crew will be here on October 13 to install new gutters.

Great experience throughout the whole process for hail damages through insurance. Brandon the project manager was upfront and honest, and even came out right away about some concerns with the roof. The teams they used for the roof, gutters and paint were also wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the clean up was perfect for our pets to use our backyard.
